1. To Supervise production team to manage and execute production to achieve as target plan.
2. Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform production activities.
3. Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for production to high productivity.
4. Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery.
5. Works closely with other department to ensure that all corrective & preventive actions and customer requirement still being followed
6. Manage and coordinate document control activities according to document and record control procedure.
7. Follow-up and monitor effectiveness of corrective actions/preventive actions according corrective and preventive action procedure.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Manage “Supplier Quality Assurance Program” to ensure that all materials, products and services procured for factory are fit for purposes with respect to food safety, quality, legality, security and environment.
2. Ensure that sufficient routes of communication are developed between Supplier Quality Assurance and the business so that supplier risks are transparent to all.
3. Works closely with other department to ensure that all corrective & preventive actions and customer requirement still being followed
4. Approve new suppliers which includes advise on the suitability of material specifications, support risk assessments and exception management.
5. Coordinate company quality system and be a company Quality Management Representative (QMR).
6. Manage internal audit activities.
7. Manage and coordinate document control activities according to document and record control procedure.
8. Investigate and report quality incidents and non-conformances related to Quality system audit.
9. Follow-up and monitor effectiveness of corrective actions/preventive actions according corrective and preventive action procedure.
10. Verify food safety and quality systems e.g. GMP, HACCP verification.
11. Review and update quality system documents, HALAL documents and requirements.
12. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
13. Prepare quality system report and complete food safety and quality system questionnaire as per assignment.
