– Incident & Problem Management in LMS project.
- Submit a request of Incident.
- Providing additional Incident information.
- Receiving confirmation of Incident resolution and completion.
- Open, log, analyze, prioritize, assign, track, update incident records.
- Provide initial incident resolution support.
- Investigate and diagnose incident.
- Performing incident recovery or workaround.
- Update progress, possible cause and incident resolution.
- Co-coordinating day-to-day execution of Incident Management with Third party.
- Lead and coordinate Incident Category 1 and Category 2 and conduct Conference bridge as required with Third party.
- Prepare reports for Incident, Problem, including monthly tickets.
