Assist with evaluating, analyzing, and implementing all Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management
-Receive, process and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary

Job Description :
Human resources management - Proper people management of AZURE staffs in different divisions.
Communication with all employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances and counseling employees
Management of Leave records, tally with timesheets to deduct salaries and also for getting customer payments
Orientation for new employees
Keep Employee records and benefits
Co-ordinating with Insurance company and employees for claims
Prepare assignment sheets, resignation and exit formalities
Retain historical HR records by filing and keeping pastcurrent records.
Co-ordinate with Lawyer, Employees and Management for critical issues.
Keep record of appraisals and advise Accounting of any increments or other reimbursements upon management approval.
