 Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
 Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
 Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements.
 Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
 Supports budget and forecasting activities.
 Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.

 Review for accurate monthly Profit & Loss statements and other management reports including cash flow statement for presentation.
 Prepare key finance and business process including the annual budgeting and forecasting and working closely with CEO and CFO. Review Annual Operating Budgets.
 Assist CFO on monitor and review financial operation of the hotels in the group.
 Support how to setup pre-opening new Hotel
 Prepare financial projection and create financial forecasting plan for the target company
 Prepare ad hoc financial analysis to management for decision making.
