- Assess applicable external standards, regulations, agreements, requirements related to plant operation.

Segment 1
-Inspect, follow up, coordinate and prepare documents supporting the application for energy industry operation licenses, including changes in project permission details, such as electricity generation permits, building construction permits, factory operation permits, licenses to utilize land and operate business in industrial estate, regulated energy production licenses, with relevant government agencies, such as ERC, IEAT, DIW, DEDE, LGO, SRT and BOI in completing the whole processes of Cogeneration, Solar Farm and Solar Rooftop power plant projects.
-Inspect and prepare information on electric power industry reports and power development fund reports.
Inspect, follow up, coordinate and prepare documents for renewal of license application of power plants.
-Coordinate and organize forums to listen to opinions, as well as visit areas and provide detailed project information to communities around the power plant sites.

-Study and analyze the impacts of energy business planning
-Prepare databases and study the feasibility of power plant business
