รายละเอียดงาน
- Handling operations: collecting order, coordinating shipping schedules, prepare shipping documents (Invoice, packing list, B/L, COO, any documents required by customer)
- Tracking PO status and updating customer service team with goods ready date, QC schedule, vessel schedule as weekly basis or ad hoc update for any urgent cases.
- Co-ordinating and keeping in close contact with customer service team, QC team, the Chinese factories, forwarding agent and relevant parties in handling shipments and production expedition.
- Sending remittance advice to suppliers after payment transfer by Finance.
- Ensuring that all activities are accomplished within timeline.
- Realizing of logistics cost effectiveness.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Thai Nationality only
2. Age 23-30 years old
3. Strong command in verbal, written, reading Mandarin Chinese and English.
4. Good Interpersonal skill, negotiation skills and strong sense of responsibility.
5. Good computer skills
6. Fast Learner
7. Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
8. Understanding export-related logistics – INCO terms, shipping documents. Products exported from China and Thailand to Middle East, Europe and Americas is advantage.
