- Control 'purchase order"
- Control deliveries in
- Fill in weekly spoilage form
- Call dishes
- Control dishes out
- Ensure recipe standard
- Control stewarding

- Fill up Restaurant "out of order" board
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality
- 1-2 years of experience in Sous Chef position
- Know how to cook Italian food
- Computer literature
