Create, conduct and evaluate all in-house training programs and materials including orientation, product knowledge, and soft skill
-Analyze and recommend appropriate external training which match business needs
-Provide support to supervisors for on-the-job training
-Support each Division in identifying effective human resource development plan and execution
-Identify human resources capability gap that may occur from changes to enhance or maintain competitive advantage of the company

- Bachelors degree or Master degree in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education or related fields.
- 5 years up of Relevant Experience.
- Experiences in Course Development & Training Course development
