Responsibility :-
- Personally oversee taste, presentations of food during operations
- Conduct training of standard recipes and control food quality
- Supervising all Kitchen operations, PAR stock control, cost control, FIFO
- Monitor sanitation practices and ensure that kitchen safety standards are followed
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff and other food preparation workers
- Prepare weekly roster
- To liaise with staff in direct support and cooperation with Executive Chef - Director
- Ensure all company standards are adhered and followed on a day to day basis
- Role requires split shift
- Rectify arising problems or complaints

- - Thai Nationality
- - Expat, Male 30-45 years old
- - At lease 5 years experience in Kitchen management level
- - Able to communicate in English is a must
- - Diploma or Culinary Certificate
- - Demonstrate real passion for menu planning and leadership
- - Experience in Western Cuisine
- - Culinary Training
- - Computer literate
