รายละเอียดงาน
• Promote quality achievement and work performance improvement throughout the organization and jointly set company’s Quality Objectives with Managing Director and leadership team.
• Develop, implement, communicate and maintain the company’s Quality management systems and policies in compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Systems standard requirements.
• Develop and maintain the company Quality and HSE related documentation system and ensure its continuous improvement.
• Develop programs and initiatives to generate quality awareness throughout the organization.


QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma/Degree from a recognized university and preferably in engineering, transportation or supply chain discipline or other relevant discipline of a recognized institute.
• Formal training in Quality management system (ISO 9001) a must, and preferably, Occupational Health & Safety (OSHA 18001) and Environmental management system (ISO 14001) and Internal audit (Lead assessor).
• A minimum of 3/4 years’ experience in a related field (mandatory for quality).
• Computer skills required - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - MSWord, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Other relevant qualification and training associated with QHSE subjects.
• 2 years’ experience in Quality management including management of company documentation system.
• Minimum 3/4 years relevant hands-on work experience in Quality documentation system.
• Minimum 2 years of Integrated Management System (IMS) - ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001 project implementation and management experience.
• Acting as company Management Representative (MR) to maintain the overall company IMS and where required, liaison with external parties eg: certification bodies in cooperation with Country and Regional QHSE Management.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate with key stakeholders in furthering the company Quality management system.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to speak and write in Thai.
• Verbal & written English skills.
• Knowledge on Quality system implementation in Freight forwarding and/or Logistics business operations.
• Knowledge in local Health and Safety regulatory requirements.
• Skills and experience in dealing with customers and auditors.
• Analysis, problem solving skills.
• Knowledge and experience in Quality practices and reporting.
• Ability to travel (sometime within short notice).
• At minimum, familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHA 18001 standards.
• High standard of integrity and also uphold ethics and compliance requirements
• Work experience in multinational company.
• Knowledge of the local authorities and culture e.g.: Thailand.
