รายละเอียดงาน
• Manage studio projects and balance the needs of the business with Absolute You priorities by developing schedules, managing project scope, coordinating and allocating resources, facilitating stakeholder reviews and ensuring delivery against quality and value expectations, as well as business objectives and needs.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, plan video shoots, scout, selecting and reserve shoot locations, select and hire crew and talent. Video producer must ensure location power needs are available, reserve and acquire equipment, archive project media.
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deadlines and deliverables
• Manage the team’s short- and long-term timelines to ensure proper resources are available to meet all deadlines.
• Support daily/weekly status meetings with production team to prioritize and communicate daily/weekly objectives
• Review weekly/monthly/quarterly volume and quality reporting (actual vs. forecast)
• Ensure policies, procedures and best practices are documented and maintained
• Balance team expectations, business needs, and resources to ensure correct prioritization of cross-functional work as a project evolves through developing an effective and scalable intake process for project requests.
• Manage and grow relationships with current roster of freelance and contract team members, as well as creative agencies and vendors.
• Contribute to key program management initiatives such as planning and scheduling day-to-day, projects are appropriately assigned and resources are available to meet performance, quality, budget and timeline goals.

3. Understanding of how video can be used to drive sales leads and brand awareness
4. A minimum of 5-years work experience and 3-years of video production experience executing videos of all types;
5. Strong timeline and resource negotiation skills;
6. Proven experience successfully delivering results in a creative, video and/or photo producer capacity;
7. Ability to collaborate with other professionals within a fast paced office environment;
8. Experienced in managing projects with high-level clients and collaborating closely with internal clients and team members;
9. Must be dedicated, resourceful, creative, and a multi-tasker able to solve problems on the spot and change plans at the last minute;
10. Able to speak English fluently;
