REPONSIBILITIES
- Support for 80 - 100 consultants
- Carry out the procedures related to payments, advances, reimbursement, and support the arising processes based on available process of Thai Admissions Dept.
- Manage customer data in the system.
- Support consultants managers making mechanisms and decisions, dispatches of Thai Admissions
- Make the payment procedures, advance, reimbursement under the available processes
- Coordinate with suppliers to delivery gifts to students
- Manage infrastructure, make the reports of progress and quality "
- To contribute ideas & responsible for implementing ideas to upgrade the working process of the Secretary-enrollment
- Learn to be more "multi thread", support for 80-100 sale staffs
- Take part in building process and standard services for the admission clerk"
- Improve skill with successfull concept of the biggest Ed-Tech in Southeast Asia ( training method LIPE likes Harvard, HSBC, 4H ...)
- Have the opportunity to improve management skills from the leaders of TOPICA.
- Ensure the quantity and process of the work, with the action plan that built in the beginning of the month
- Reporting directly to the manager of department of admissions clerk.
- Have chance to be a pioneer for building Admissions clerk in Thailand, managing 1-2 staffs.
- Plan for work and coordinate with related departments of Topica sales.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Nationality: Thailand
2. Female: 23 - 29
3. Basic English communicate skill, Toeic 550 or above
4. Don't require experience
5. Office computer skill is good
6. Ready to work overtime if requirement (include Saturday or Sunday)
7. Work hard, enthusiasm for the job, like working with foreigners
8. There are progressive spirit, inquisitive
