REPONSIBILITIES
- Calling and ask for meeting appointment with potential instructors
- Meet and persuade experts, specialist or famous people who can be potential instructors for video courses, Topica Edumall
- Follow-up experts, specialist or famous people to make curriculum, content for the courses
- Trained by experienced manager in Teacher Development Assistant about 4H concept, HSSBC, scripts, system and toolkits
- Support instructors when having issues
- Create new scripts, toolkits, new approach to persuade instructors agree cooperate with Topica Edumall
- Explore new ways to convert and support instructors living outside Bangkok
- Have opportunities to participate development projects and become team leader
- Ensure QQP (Quantity - Quality - Price) according to the previous target
- Have Athena system for evaluation and report
- Reporting directly to the leadership level
- Have the opportunity to manage 5 staff
- Plan and coordinate with partnership agency, school, institution in Thailand
