รายละเอียดงาน
- Primary function is to handle oversea purchasing process
- Accuracy of issuing Purchasing Order, reports and update price once any changes
- Coordinate deliveries of orders between suppliers / forwarder agents to ensure that all items are delivered on time
- Cost avoidance concerns
- Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing and other financial team matters
- Coordinate with related departments to smoothly operate
- Other tasks following Manager’s assignment or company policy

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. - Male/Female not over 40 years old
2. - Bachelor Degree in related field
3. - Experience at least 1 year in oversea purchasing
4. - Good command of spoken and written English
5. - Good computer literacy, Microsoft Office
6. - Good interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skill
7. - Able to work independently, be part of the team and work under pressure
8. - Fast learning, service-minded, self-development and energetic
9. - High responsible and accuracy
10. - Knowledge of shipping, customs regulations, import&export and purchasing process is a must
