Projects in responsibility
o Implementation Office365 Product at WHA Corporation Plc., Hemaraj Land and Development, and AP Honda
o Implementation and Migration Windows Server 2008R2 to Windows Server 2016 at Diethelm Travel Thailand.
o Implementation System Center Configuration Manager(SCCM) at Thai Honda Manufacturing.
• Preventive Maintenance and Monitoring Windows Server, Exchange Server, SharePoint for customers such as Toyota Leasing, Isuzu, IPST, Osotspa.
• Install, configure and maintain system services including equipment and devices both on-premises and Cloud based.
• Service support case, issue and resolve issue about Microsoft Products 24x7 hour.
• Monitor systems performance and reporting.
• Migration Email Platform to Office365 from Gmail(Google) and Lotus Note.
• On-Site support and Troubleshooting server problems.
