• Assign daily job to after sale service team, advise and provide technical information
support to customers.

• Give direction to team in order to solve hard problems.

• Quality control program and implement standards to coach employees toward high
performance and success.

• Manage claim process, notify QA and plant as well feedback to supplier about defect of part.

• Develop training programs to staff, sale persons and distributors.

• Develop departmental budget and control costs.

• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to director.

• Analyzing and planning workflow.

• Coaching and developing team members. (Technician & Call center)

• Assessing after sale service department’s operational performance against set targets.

• Present product knowledge and training sales, PC and customer

• Service and advise technical information support to customers.

• Work with standard / ISO / TISI / ANZ / STD Engineer
