- Lean manufacturing implementation
- Implement single piece flow production line, develop PULL system, work balancing and takt time control.
- Time study, create Standardized Works, improve processes, work flow and layout, also do PDCA.
- Improve plant layout and material flow to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Develop Just-In-Time delivery by set up internal logistic team (water spiders), implement “supermarket” and use Kanban system.
- Develop “Build list” for part fabrication by relate with production schedule. Also, develop “Pick list” for water spider to arrange part as kit to production.
- Reduce inventory and improve inventory control by use max-min control, confirm lead time with vendors, set up order point and make delivery schedule.
- Cooperate with HSE department to improve safety condition such as set up standard PPE required, morning talk & KYT, 5 minute exercise, 5S activity, fence & guard, ergonomics improvement and etc.
- Support Human Resource Development by set up organize and skill matrix for Production department.
- Set up training and workshop for both management and operation to have more understanding about Lean manufacturing.
