The Sinopec Engineering Group is a company specialized in Heavy construction in the gas/oil, chemical and power industry.
- IRPC Polypropylene Compound and Polypropylene Expansion Project. (IRPC Public Company Limited.)
(Construction of reinforced concrete buildings and steel structure buildings, including the installation of machinery to produce Polypropylene Compound, Construction cost is more than 2,100 million USD.)
- Responsibility as QA/QC Civil & Steel structure Inspector.
- To prepare Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) of any process in field construction, Sample Submission and etc. Prepare and maintain record of submission, Material Submissions, Data sheet and all Certificate Submissions.
- To ensure that latest shop drawings, calculations, specifications and other information are received on schedule approved and are passed on to designated personnel.
- To ensure that all specifications, contract requirements are followed.
- To follow upon the delivery schedules for all major materials.
- To prepare and maintain record of final deliverables, e.g. test reports, mill certificates, certification of origins and etc.
- To control and coordinate all Team Civil/Structure/Piping/ M&E Technicians, installer, Subcontractor and suppliers to follow procedure, Method Statement, ITP and solve any problem, and then prevented and corrected.
- To ensure that all work process according to the standards (ASTM, JIS, TIS, ACI, AISC, ASCE, EIT, ASME, API, AWS Building Control Act, law and regulation of Thailand and also IEAT.)
- Maintain proper record of document flow and filing system, e.g. Document Controlling System. Prepare and maintain routine record.
- To prepare documents for handover to the owner.

(Construction of reinforced concrete Tanks and steel structure Tanks for 2 LNG Tanks Dia. 84 meters, High 50 meters, capacity 160,000 x 2 m3., Bore pile 301 x 2 columns, Paving slab, Post tension wall, Construction cost is more than 1,100 million USD.)
- Responsibility as QA/QC Engineer.

The Seaboard Group is a company specialized in real estate, Heavy construction in the gas/oil, chemical and power industry.
- Responsibility as Project Engineer & QA/QC Engineer, Site Engineer depending on the project.
- To prepare Method Statement of any process in field construction, Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP), Environmental and Safety Plan. Liaise with Client, Design Engineer for approval of Design Submission, Sample Submission and etc. Prepare and maintain record of submission, e.g. Shop Drawing Submissions, Material Submissions, Data sheet and all Certificate Submissions.
- To prepare Submitting Schedule, Budget and Cost Control Report.
- To establish working schedule that is in line with the project requirement. To update the schedule with the proceeding of the project and to ensure that technical department and factory are all keeping up with the most updated schedule.
- To monitor the progress of the project and to ensure that all project matters are coordinated and problem countered during project proceeding are addressed.To submit progress reports and follow up on all project progress.
- To be responsible for budget preparation, approval and control for the assigned work. To apply for payment and to monitor all variations works and apply for claims and push for payments.
- To ensure that latest shop drawings, calculations, specifications and other information are received on schedule approved and are passed on to designated personnel.
- To ensure that all specifications, contract requirements are followed.
- To follow up on the delivery schedules for all major materials.
- To control and coordinate all Team Civil/Architecture/Structure/ Piping/M&E Technicians, installer, Subcontractor and suppliers to follow procedure, Method Statement, ITP and solve any problem, and then prevented and corrected.
- To ensure that all work process according to the standards (ASTM, JIS, TIS, ACI, AISC, ASCE, EIT, ASME, API, AWS Building Control Act, law and regulation of Thailand and also IEAT.)
- Maintain proper record of document flow and filing system, e.g. Document Controlling System. Prepare and maintain routine record, e.g. Daily Report, Weekly Report and Submission Schedule.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Construction Manager.
