- Consolidate / Processing Data of off-trade stock for Off-Trade Team
- Consolidate / Processing Sales Volume of each salesman with Trade Agreement
- Create and summarize the promotion report for salesman
- Coordinated with Off-Trade Team and Customer marketing Team
- Coordinate with Salesman and Team
- Create Pre Requisition form and Purchase Order form then fill in the Coupa System
- Summarize report of Team Budget
- Collecting the trade promotion document from salesman
- Recording Sales Claim Document form ( Promotion’s Claim)
- Support team customer marketing, Checking and monitoring inventory stock
- Coordinate with supplier about disbursing products and visibility expense
- Summarize the budget report and provide to the head of department
- Creating the FOC form for Salesman
- Monitoring the Schedule for line manager
