- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Define and communicate customer service standards
- Review and assess customer service contracts
- Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
- Direct the daily operations of the customer service team
- Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
- Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
- Review customer complaints
- Track customer complaint resolution
- Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
- Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information
- Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
- Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
- Co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
- Ensure budget requirements are met
- Evaluate and performance manage staff
- Identify and address staff training and coaching needs
- Supervise and monitor condominium and village administrative, technical site staff and sub-contractors
- Ensure that all building operations at the property run efficiently, including security, fire safety,emergency and evaluation procedures by KPI
-Plan for building's budget expenditure as Opex and Capex to building add value
-Support and monitor Village manager at The Pretium, Plex Bangna, Plex Watcharapol, Plex Nawamin, Stories. Viranya.
- Set up Condominium property management rules and regulation. And TOR of property management.

-To handle a number of responsibilities on a day to day basis.
-Monitor secretarial and administrative functions.
-To visit the locations 5 properties are in charge of to ensure that it is being properly maintained
and all equipment fixed and issues resolved in a timely manner.
-To take prospective clients, prepare agreements and ensure utilities are connected.
-To handle any problems that may occur.
-To provide clients feel comfortable.
-To coordinate with contractors, plumbers and carpenters to maintain the properties.
-Preparing agreements for tenants and negotiating contract renewals.
-Preparing inventories and daily correspondence.
-Keeping owners up to date.
-Plan for building's budget expenditure as Opex and Capex to building add value.
-Property manager and handover transaction at Q Langsuan, manage Northpoint and Northshore Pattaya, The Lofts Yennakart, Royal River Place and The Royal Saladaeng high end luxury condominiums, CTI Tower Office building.
