- Analyze and monitor operations part of the responsible brand such as stock, price, voucher, orders, decoration part and other store operations.
- Daily checking of the overall store performance.
- Analyze and monitor store account health to keep the best performance.
- Daily communicate with Platform Key Account Manager for visibility and support.
- Manage daily operations as a coordinator between the internal department and relevant outside organizations.
- Check and follow up the daily work with team leader and team members.
- Gather information and analyze weekly store performance report to team leader and brand.
- Upload product information in a timely manner on the store about the new arrival product.
- Coordinate with graphic design team for new product launch projects, campaign artwork, and product descriptions.
- Implement and supervise store E-commerce marketing media, content plan for convert the traffics, and keep a good image of brand.
- Plan and manage monthly campaign calendar for online channels to drive customers to the store to gain revenue for achieve the target.
- Operate and manage the accounting expenses of the store such as campaign package and operation expenses.
