• Ensure clients project delivery on time by scheduling step by step.
• Continually update project progress to the clients.
• Allocate tasks to team members.
• Survey project location.
➢ Manage project (Execution phase)
• Check every detail of the client project.
• Ensure the project smoothly executes.
• Solve Immediate problems during the project.
➢ Manage project (Completion phase)
• Assess clients Satisfaction
• Prepare report to the clients
• Arrange meetings with team for improvement.

➢ Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) bidding
• Research and study the details and terms of the government
power purchase agreement.
• Lead and coordinate with the team to prepare bidding
documents within the bidding time frame.
➢ Coordinate with the Community around the power plant location.
• Provide technical information about the power plant with easy
understanding term to the community
• Encourage local agriculturist to plant energy crop for the
power plant
➢ Biomass fuel management
• Sourcing biomass fuel for the power plant
• Analyze and improve biomass fuel logistic
➢ Arrange the biomass power plant public hearing
• Prepare project document, Prepare public hearing place
• Summarize report for stakeholder
➢ License & Permit
• Construction permit, Factory permit, BOI, PPA (Power
Purchase Agreement) and Energy Industry Operation
➢ Coordinate with Government and other external organization
• PEA (Provincial Electricity Authority), ERC (Energy Regulatory
Commission), Department of Industrial work and BOI
➢ Project cost
➢ Coordinate with internal department
• Business development, Engineering, Construction,
Purchasing and Finance
