- Work closely with marketing and merchandising team for product launch or re-launch.
- Deal with buyers of all department stores, dealers and key accounts.
- Assist in sales planning and implementing sales management.
- Develop seasonal sales promotional strategies/programs to support Department plan and meet financial targets.
- Lead all sales projects, conduct sales analysis and management reports.
- Establish the loss prevention strategy and programs.
- Conduct the evaluation of all sales activities.
- Conduct sales meeting and training for Promoters and sales staffs.
- Manage sales force to meet the sales target, standard service quality and maximum productivity.
- Communicate, coach, follow up, evaluate and develop performance of Promoters, Sales Sup. and Sales Representatives to be customer-focused, innovative, fast and team-oriented in their work.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth and effective implementation of all sales tasks and related functions.
- Recommend department investments to ensure that smart risks are being taken, basic businesses are protected and financial targets are met.
- Identify business opportunities and risks in-season through analyzing sales performance and gathering marketplace information.
- Use own understanding of the market and commercial skills to gain advantage from opportunities and develop solutions to potential problems.
- Propose the idea for future sales strategies in-season and provide appropriate and timely direction to the cross-functional team in order to react quickly to customers and business opportunities.
- Report the sales performance to Marketing & Sales Manager-HF with recommendation for the improvement to ensure all operations are in line with the Management direction.

- Set sales goal, initiate sales plan, and motivate subordinate to achieve the goal.
- Analyze the market situation in order to initiate new product and set price range.
- Analyze trend of material cost in order to negotiate with supplier to get the lowest cost.
- Analyze sales trend, forecast sales and issue production P/O in order to create safety stock of finished goods.
- Approach new oversea customer, present product that meet customers need, and close sales.
- Initiate new product, propose to customer, and work on development process (i.e. fabric quality approval, color approval, accessories/label approval, workmanship, packaging material and method, and testing) in order to comply with customers standard requirement) till get order confirmation.
- During product development stage, negotiate with customer and try to propose production-oriented way that can come up with the same function of finished goods while utilizing available resources (i.e. material, fabrication, sewing, etc.).
- Do costing including material (fabric and accessories), CMT, and margin then quote price to customers.
- Coordinate with production department regarding customer technical requirement, delivery schedule, production plan, and help solve production-related problem (if any).
- Coordinate with concerned person for quality compliance, social compliance, and C-TPAT audit.
- Coordinate with concerned person for sustainability program in order to comply with customers requirement.
- Coordinate with export documentation department for export process issues (i.e. L/C, shipping document, export licensing, containner booking/loading/transportation).
- Follow up delivery schedule and customer satisfaction/complaint.
- Analyze and monitor KPI of specific customer.
