The activities of order, checking stock, discuss and plan delivery schedule with customers

Sourcing and coordinating activities of Purchasing Department for some project
Manage agenda appointments, prepare presentation for meetings, prepare meeting room
and facilities, internal meeting as well as meetings attendance
Managing Directors visitor welcoming
Handle incoming and outgoing documents
Organize daily schedule and appointment calendar
Handle travel arrangement
Perform routine administrative functions
Perform special projects as required
Planning, coordinating and directing activities of Secretarys job
Directly report to Managing Director
Coordinate with concerned departments for internal & external
Manage agenda appointments, internal meeting as well as meetings attendance
Contract drafting such as rent, hire and purchase contract.
Managing Directors visitor welcoming
Reserving air ticket and hotel for employee
Doing statement report, transfer money
Arrange all Managing directors personal business
