- Make copies of documents to distribute to related parties.
- Controlling the issuance of documents and taking back all quality documents
- Control the release of documents to be issued at the point of work.

- Print documents in the quality system
- Taking care of keeping the original quality system documents organized into categories, easy to use.
- Coordinate with related parties both internally and externally and outside the organization
