ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Import-Export , Air import- Air Export & Freight Forwarder
-According Enter B/L to customer &Enter B/L to see lines
- Coordinate and arrange import - export shipment according to committed date in order to support customer requirement
-Check draft import duty entry & Tariff - tax boi & re-export
- Check form d ,from ak,from JTEPA,BOI,19 Bin
- Coordinate clearance process with Shipping and customer
-Co-ordinate with oversea customers via emails or telephone on a daily basis
- Responsible for import - export document such as Invoice instruction, Freight invoice, Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of lading, etc.
-Handling sea-freight and air-freight import shipping documentation.
- Coordinating with freight forwarders for all distributions to customers.
-Prepare EDI paper for customs formality
- Monitoring delivery schedules and coordinating with overseas customers to ensure on-time delivery of cargoes and shipments.
-Synchronization the knowledge for Import/Export shipment and BOI privilege
- Send shipment advice; shipping document to customers; and follow up tax and duty privilege
