Position Administrator Recruitment Trainee
Responsibilities: Support the recruitment consultants in term of;
o IT
- Flow the process of job matching by uploading CVs into TRIS system.
- Search for potential candidates and upload at least 10 CVs per day into TRIS system or more.
o Admin
- Perform the document control;
I. Term of Business (document merging, DMS filling, renewal T&C, T&C posting out, etc.)

- Coordinate with Admin - Industrial Team for Invoice & Receipt printing and posting out (EMS) to clients.

- If passed an interview Done the placement ! Prepare the process of signing a contract between client and candidate, do the reference check of each candidate to guarantee their performance, and prepare the contract for our company and client about the payment, etc;
- Keep following both of candidate about the job and client about the candidate feedback of working.
- Work with a team for creating the data of candidate and client in the company system.

- Coordinate with Central Admin for relevant matters; such as car rental, telephone answering, message, and etc.
- Take care of posting tray and bills and then submit to BM for further processes.
