1. Management
• Manage control planning and control overall IT system in computer department including procedure of application support in Accounting, HR, Production and Warehouse
• Responsible in leading and managing monitor day-to-day IT operation.
• Define information policy, plan and manage of all IT infrastructure of the company in order to support the businesses or activity of company to be effective and efficient.
• Evaluate recommend IT solutions, hardware and software new technologies and develop new network strategies
• Manage with outsourced IT service such as internet ISP, Email provider, Application services company
• Manage budget controls, prepare IT costs allocation and purchasing product of IT system, and coordinate with vender at abroad (Singapore, Malaysia Vietnam and China).
• Manage and control KPI of ISO 9001:2015 of information technology and document control
• Ensure that IT infrastructure of systems are safe, efficient, and reliable and that business continuity processes are in place.
• Coordinate via email/chat/oral with Chinese, Hong Kong (HQ) and Germany about Computer system.
• HR Management, Manpower Plan, Recruitment, Interview, Visa, Work permit of foreigner, Testing excel with candidate, implement develop HR team, support HR system HRIS, Build external Labor relationship, Training worker/officer.
• Cooperate with organize activity of organization or customer party such as make layout poster, video presentation, music arranges layout location or any hobby

• Project Manager & Coordinate Management
• Control project timeline monitor, project improvement and identify appropriate re-solutions to meet business requirements.
• Follow up on the project’s evaluation result to be according to set standards and quality.
• Implement and track projects to ensure they completed on time.
• Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
