- In charge in retail size for European and Middle East customers
- Prepare all documents for export process such as PI, Invoice & Packing List, BL and whatever customers request
- Planning a loading plan and inform factory
- Coordinate with factory regarding the production and loading plan
- Coordinate with shipping for transportation and loading date
- Contact the Shipping Line for booking confirmation
- Coordinate with OEM customers and inform specification to R&D
- Update and follow up payment status from customers
- Involve in trade fair, food exhibition and booth.
