- Coordinate with sales team, production, and other departments on delivery of
goods and services
- Handle customer complaints according to company procedures and service
standards
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding the latest development
of the customers to maintain updated customer profile information
- Influence customers to buy retain product or service
- Provide suggestions to supervisor on the improvement of the current order /
operation flow to increase efficiency
- Reporting monthly sales results or any assignment
- In charge of shipments and export documentations
- Handled export procedures and to deal with local authorities for related issues
- Ensured that export documentation comply with Thai Customs
- Controlled logistics cost i.e. freight, insurance, etc.
- Communicate, respond, advise, and sell the service to foreign customers
- Calculate the cost, prepare the proposal, and follow up for customers feedback
- Make an appointment to meet the customer
- Coordinate with the oversea agent in order to compare the cost and information at their side to ensure the smooth process
- Support relevant documents for both customer and agent
- Keep the customer and the agent updated about shipment status regularly
- Follow up the status of customers payment and also the invoice from oversea agent
- Handle any claim from customer, contact the customer and solve the problem with insurances company
- Make sales report (by week and month) and report to the head of department
