ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
•Handling scheduling boards and fixing teacher problems.
•Handling all Berlitz study aboard program, transferred customers and overseas study consulting.
•Handling all revenues collecting, depositing, and recording banking and credit cards activities.
•Handling all Center revenue and expenses of the Center with Director and Country Controller
•Handling all petty cash management including petty cash reimbursements and reports.
•Keying in teacher’s day sheet for the payroll and creation payroll records.
•Following up invoices to ensure all revenue collections
•Assisting Director as assigned.
