Responsibility:
• Set up Certificate with ISO 9001:2015 Standards.
• Manage the communication with the certification bodies to beg for Certificate ISO 9001:2015.
• Set up Master plan of Quality management system ISO 9001:2015
• Assistant to Quality Management representative(QMR)
• Responsibility makes a Quality manual ISO 9001:2015.
• Leader teams ISO to set up Quality procedure, Work instruction, documented information all of each department responsible conform to Requirement ISO 9001:2015 and Supporting.
• Set up processed control of Document control and maintain.
• Prepare Context of the organization (SWOT analysis), needs and expect of interested parties, Boundaries and scope, Process map, Risk and opportunities management.
• Management of internal quality audit according to all quality management system ISO 9001:2015
• Set up schedule Internal Quality Audit with operation and related management.
• Responsibility QMS/Lead auditor.
• Prepare internal audit check list and supporting teams.
• Prepare Management review meeting.
• Report performance activity the Quality management system to PRESIDENT JAPAN acknowledged.
• Follow up non-conformity and implementation of corrective and preventive action. CAR & PAR Monitoring & Closing.
• Prepare for Documented information by Certification Body(CB) review the documents and check(Stage 1) and re-check processed all department is before Certification assessment by Certification Body(CB) ( Stage 2 )
