- Primary function is to handle oversea purchasing process, import process, and documentation (industrial robot, actuator, controller, cable, and parts)
- Coordinate with Head office in Japan to send PO, follow up delivery schedule, coordinate for all issue from customer (Changing model / specs, request shorten or postpone delivery, cancel order, check lead time etc.
- Coordinate with shipping agents / freight forwarders in preparing detail or document for customer clearance (recheck products name, Description and HS code in Thai, CIF/FOB price calculation, customer conformity etc.
- Contact clients about shipment, unforeseen delays or problems and responding to customer and solving problem.
