ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Directly manipulate operating variables from the distributed control system (SIEMENS).
• Control Quality of Product as per Quality specification.
• Change the grade of product as per the production plan.
• Monitor and control condition of processing to smoothness running.
• Take and check the sample of product once per lot.
• Record all process parameters on check list twice per shift.
• Setting up operation equipment for start up/shutdown and also observe DCS set point.
• Always take care the machine health.
• Always keep looking the quality of product during plant running.( Visual check.)
