Project: TNF 1801V-BLADE MODULES. By Exxon Mobil

- Perform dimensional survey upon fit-up and subsequently after welding for all primary Structure of modules.
- Verify that the modules are correctly laid out.
- Complete the checks listed by Snr. DC Surveyor or requested by production.
- Issue Acceptance/Rejection surveillance reports C/W sketch reflecting actual dimensions against approved engineering drawings and allowable tolerances as stipulated in client specification or codes/standards.
- Maintain records.
- Liaise with QC and Production personnel on daily surveillance plan.
- Conduct periodical levelling surveillance on existing partially or wholly erected structures to ensure levelness is sustained.
- Liaison with Production to ensure all critical work points per engineering drawing are fully adhere to and maintained.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by DC team lead.
- Ensure all precision surveillance instruments are calibrated, handled with care and properly maintain and stored in a suitable manner and in a lockable container/cabinet.
- Assist Lead Dc Surveyor in training of DC Trainees
