4. Create quotations and sales orders in the SAP system
5. Check the bill of lading documents and contact the carrier shipping
6. Process shipping documents to overseas customers based on their requirements for container transportation.
7. Issue the certificate of origin to the Ministry of Foreign Trade (FTA) and the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
8. Send shipping documents and invoices to customers
1. Contact the customer Inquire about details and request an Invoicre packing list for opening a job in order to make B / L documents and send SI to the shipping line.
2. Make documents and send draft B/L to customers for confirmation and correction as requested by customers.
3. Send the SI information to the shipping line for the MBL, including checking the documents and confirming that they are correct with the shipping line
4. Book a car for picking up with the customer from the Logistic team. Send us a map for details. Pick up location To the Logistic department
5. Check the date of ONBOARD and request INVOICE to prepare cheque for receive an MBL nexprocess.
6. Notify the onboard correct to the destination port and send Prealert documents to the destination port.
7. Send the HBL complete to the client and notify the correct onboard date.
8. Prepare Freight memo for accounting department to debit note to collect money with foreign and domestic customers.
9.Document storage for each customer in the file center
10. Coordinate and oversee the delivery of documents. Until the product arrives at the destination
1) Follow up shipping document such as B/L, INV. & P/L, etc.
2) Support customers in shipping document by verifying all shipping document.
3)Check Damurrage and pay to shipping and container deposit
4) Co-operate with Internal Department and External Organization both Government and Non-Government.
5) Quick response for customer in urgent case.
6) Convince customers use our services going on.
7) Take care of new shipment as Manager's order
