ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-รวบรวม,ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและจัดเก็บเอกสารประกอบสัญญา (ข้อกำหนด,รายละเอียดและรายการประกอบแบบก่อสร้าง)
-ศึกษารายละเอียดวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ รายการประกอบแบบ ขอบเขรการทำงานตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดตามสัญญาว่าจ้างและแจ้งผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย
- ตรวจสอบและจัดทำแบบก่อสร้างงานโครงสร้าง สถาปัตย์ งานระบบให้มีความสอดคล้องกันและต้องได้รับการอนุมัติก่อนการใช้งานจริง

- ควบคุมระบบเอกสารที่ได้รับการอนุมัติและปรับให้ทันสมัยและแจ้งให้ทุกฝ่ายทราบก่อนสั่งวัสดุและใช้ในการก่อสร้าง

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• My responsibility is inspector assistant, NDT inspection such as magnetic partical inspection,electro magnetic inspection,visual,ultrasonic inspection and hard banding method.
• Assisting inspector in electro magnetic inspection,prepare and set equipment for inspection unit per day, Drilling equipment inspection such as drill pipe,drill collar,heavy weight drill pipe,tubing,casing,joint,equipment for cement pump and cross over sub.
• Participate in monthly safety meeting and fire fighting training, assist inspector perform dimension measure read and note accurate value dimension,serial number,drifting,buffing,internal&external coating casing,tubing and drill pipe,coil fluxing,remove thread protector,ultraviolet meter test for checked the crack and black light testing.
• Collaborate inspector in ultrasonic inspection when nobody help them, I will be joint to help, Set equipment,note accurate value and checked error point in to the inspection sheet,
• Measuring dimension of drill pipe,drill collar,pony drill collar,sub,cross over sub,casing,tubing and production equipment, Checking the ,spiral,helix,OD tool joint of pin&box,pin level,pin neck,pin cylinder,pin length,box length
C'bore wall,C'bore dimeter,bevel box,bevel pin,midle thickness of drill pipe,tubing and drill collar,total length,test standard pipe with bucky&coil before run EMI testing and tong space length.
• Cleaning the helix of drill pipe,drill collar or other drill string
,Take the soft wheel for eliminate the rust,dirt soil,mud,Grinding OD tool joint the trace of slip&cut,Take the number of pipe beside OD tool joint,Take flap wheels at the helix between pin and box,Take profile gauge for checked the helix,Take OD gauge and caliper,Liquid penetrant and visual basic.
• Assisting run ultrasonic inspection at ultrasonic unit, prepare standard pipe of ultra sonic unit and probe scanner for runing day by day,cleaning,reparing and maintainance equipment's test.
• Conducted hydro test inspection by magnetic particle inspection method, I read and note level pressure test and pressure lost, How does allow pressure level? when we set maximum and minimum pressure.
• Assisting inspector in buffing,grinding,cleaning drill pipe,casing,tubing,sub,cross over sub, pony DC and DC etc.
Assisting inspector when we worked at Chevron yard,Aker solution yard,Schlumberger yard,Halliburton yard,Toms yard and BJ service yard at Sattahip base for drilling&production equipment inspection,inspected with MPI method for sling,checked welding point and connection joint, Printing and photocopy document about inspection sheet for surpervisor and others department when ther are request,
Maintain&cleaning equipment in inspection unit when finished working.
