Rice flour, starch and mixed flour products, mainly for local modern trade sale and export, which responsible to
- New project plant start up until test run.
- Supervise factory team to reach production targets, efficiencyKPI, cost savings in unit/ton flour.
- Daily operation production of 150 tons rice flour, 1000 tons/month rice starch, 120 tons/month mixed flour products.
- To organize and set up departments costing control, encourage the supply chain KPI (Purchasing, Production, QC/QA,RD, Engineering, WH/LG, HR) emphasize on Yield, capacity, many support factors in unit/ton flour, reduce any loss in the process.
- Support internal audit of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, BRC certified by SGS, National food institute.
- Oversee 9 subordinate staffs, total 350 workers.

- Develop organic coconuts RM resource, field operation development team (FOD) to supply factory.
- To plan and produce daily frozen 300,000 bottles coconut water and 10 tons their meat exported to USA markets.
- Plan and sell products modern trade to local and USA at least 1 container a day.
- Oversee teamwork management (Purchasing, Production, Sale and Marketings, Engineering, WH/LG) , encourage to improve sale volume, quality, production productivity, Just In Time to service customers, proper production planning and the inventory brought to satisfy customers both in good quality and quantity.
