Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure business profit margin is maximized, while Attrition Rate minimized.
- Ensure Anti-Attrition activities are completed within Service Level Agreement
- Undertake competitor benchmarking, and customer research on a continuous basis to gain deep insights into customer needs and market trends, and recommend retention strategy where necessary.
- Develop in-depth understanding an assessment of borrowerss business needs , evaluate and identify risk and mitigations in order to identify lending opportunities .
- Monitor borrowers businesses ,financial performance and market / industry development to defect early warning signals
- End to end ownership in seeking credit approval
- Conduct annual review in timely manner and ensure full compliance of approval terms
- Coordinate among partner to obtain and shared related news
- Gather supporting data all channels for team.

- Assist customers in meeting their financial needs, whilst aligning to business strategy and direction.
- Implementation and Coordination team credits and operation to closing case .

- Reduction in interest rates and refinance 353 cases average 40 cases per month.
- Value of interest rate cuts and 454 million Bath, or an average 56 million Bath / per month.
- Worth a total 342 million Bath refinancing or an average 42 million Bath / per month.
- Maintain customer interest rate cut by 75 % - 80 % of clients who want to lower interest rates.
- Maintain customer refinancing by 70 % - 75 % of customers who wish to use the services of other banks.
