1.) Project Section :
• Prepare document and manage project for Set up New Plant (Cambodia) , Project control , Feasibility Study report to MD.
• Mass & Energy Balance Calculation and Checked Design specification for Main Equipment Ex. Boiler , Mixing Tank ,Filling , Heat Exchanger.
• Contact and clarified Project scope with supplier.

2.) Process Improvement Section :
• Support and coordinate with QA/QC and Production department for Monitoring Yield & Defect with SPC.
• Improvement an existing plant. EX.Reduce the idle time , DOE ,six sigma (DMAIC) approach , Cost Saving Project.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and Purchase for specification of material input , SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer)
