รายละเอียดงาน
1.Ensure incoming raw materials, in- process and all finished products meet company formula and customers specified requirements. And quality in consistency.
2.Big data analysis and feed back to concern in raw materials quality, in processing and outgoing (COA) of products.
3.Ensure that customer’s complaints are investigated and resolved with team and the necessary corrective and preventive actions. And very important with feedback to customers.
4.Coordinate with R&D and Ensure quality in the initial start-up of new or modified product manufacturing.
5.Lead the team in performing the in-coming, in-process and out-going quality control activities in meeting the company target.
6.Make work instruction (WI) and installing new equipment in the laboratory.
7.Work closely with both internal and external cross functional team to achieve the company's goal
8.Supervise and maintain the quality system in accordance with the company policy.
9.Coordinate and feedback raw material with Purchasing. And concern include Conduct vendor surveillance to judge quality competence of prospective vendors.
10.Serve as Quality Management Representative for the company with respect to ISO 9001.
11.Formulate and recommend quality policy and strategy to CEO or executive management.
12.Monitor and review quality performance against company quality policy and take necessary action to advise process owners to strive for improvements.
13.Establish clearly defined quality standards or specification and test methods for process owners to apply.
14.Plan and manage departmental resources and activities in accordance with approved budgets and timescales to contribute to company’s profitability.
15.Set department target and Manage key performance indicator against agreed targets.(KPIs)
16.Identify staff’s relevant training needs and develop them to their best potential. With QA skill matrix and skill chart.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male or Female, age 28-35 year old.
2. Bachelor degree in Chemistry (Polymer/Material Science, Chemical Engineering)
3. At least 5 year experience in QA supervisors.
4. Have experience in chemical industries is prefer
5. Knowledge of quality assurance system
6. Knowledgeable and able to start building and implementing an ISO system (9000, 5001).
7. Strongly in team management and communication skill with all kind of people
8. Have leadership and communication skill.
9. Ability to work under pressure
10. Good English communication (Listen, Speak, Read, Write) and Able to be flexible in working hours.
