รายละเอียดงาน
1.Control production planning and quality control performance record and identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and take corrective action.
2.Supervises Operating Engineer of chemical processing equipment and monitoring the production process to ensure efficient and safe output.
3.Control subordinates work and solve their problem in SHE.
4.Provide leadership to team that builds team safety and environment, EIA.
5.Support EIA (Risk Assessment in process) and work together with SHE.
6.Support process product improvement program and provide process method excellence throughout the production organization.
7.Improve or revise produce and work instruction.
8.Improve asset utilization, process loss, quality and cost reduction.
9.Efficiencies communication of key business / customer issue to employee.
10.On the job training / coaching employee with skill matrix and skill chart.
11.Interface with other department to improve process and product.
12.Participant with TDICS team activities to meet goal and target.
13.Support Factory Manager in the TDICS strategic planning.
14.Prepare shift report / weekly report / monthly report present to Factory Manager.
15.Coordinate with other department for support related work.
16.Other assignment for support team and other department.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male, age 26-35 year old.
2. High vacation or Bachelor degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
3. •At least 3 year experience in production supervisors.
4. • Have experience in chemical industries is prefer
5. • Basic knowledge in maintenance.
6. • Have leadership and communication skill.
7. Ability to work under pressure.
8. Good computer skill (Ms. Office)
9. Able to work on shift
