Responsibilities:
• Answer all queries via all channels, for example, telephone, email and social medias
• Coordinate e-commerce transactions throughout the process to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to the clients
• Handle customer complaints and solve the problem with prompt, accurate and courteous reply
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Thai national with at least a bachelor degree
2. • Minimum 2- year experience in customer service or retail fields
3. • Very good command of English
4. • Strong communication skills with customer service mind
