1.Control and preparation for Third party audit of IATF16949
2.Control and preparation for Third party audit of ISO14001:2015
3.Control and preparation for second party audit for customer audit.
4.the compilation of machine problem or machine down time
5.Making action plans to improve MC. constantly following the conclusion of the KPI.
6.To find the method of work for improvement to more efficiency and performance.
7.Advising doing KAIZEN of maintenance team.
8.Coordinating planning and monitoring the contractors work according to plan.
9.Support and Advising to repair machine and equipment.
10.Advising is recommended to fix that has been job request sheet by other departments.
11.Control the Monthly/Yearly PM Plan and follow up.
12.Control and prepare the spare part for repair and PM machine.
13.Ensure that control facility / utility (MDB, Air comp., Cooling tower, WWT) available at all times.
14.Set scheduled for training plan in-house and Public
15.control & verify to machine within a maintenance shop is available.
