Work closely with leaders to understand and advise, develop and support HR programs that are aligned to business needs.

Support the implementation of the organization’s human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, develops and retains the talent it needs to achieve its current and future objectives.

Plan, develop and execute training & development programs for employees that are in line with anticipated organization needs

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor degree in HR, or equivalent
2. 0- 5 years of working experience in Human Resource
3. Good working knowledge of local labour legislations and human resources practices
4. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
5. Strong planning and organizing skills, independent, result orientated and a team player
6. Positive attitude, pro-active and highly motivated individual
7. Good in both written and spoken English
8. Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with at least one HRIS / HR payroll system
