Position Description
We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our growing company. You must enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be responsible for leading your team to success and ensuring all work processes flow efficiently in order to help bring projects to completion. Management experience and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks are a must.
Duties and responsibilities
Direct, oversee, and manage daily operations for our accomodation facilities in Thailand.
Maintain regular companys vehicle check and repair.
Maintain quality control of food in all our locations in Thailand.
Maintain room standards and site repairs.
Conduct Safety Training
Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures and implement new processes.
Suggest changes to operating standards in order to improve efficiency of work.
Set team goals and create plans of action for achieving them.
Work with HR department to resolve employee issues and complaints.
Help foster a positive working environment for all workers and check in regularly to ensure employee satisfaction.
Maintain an efficient, organized work space that encourages productivity at all times.
Complete daily operational tasks in a timely manner.
Perform general office duties as needed (sending/answering emails, phone calls, filing/electronically inputting forms, etc.)
Set-up and attend company meetings as required.
Train new hires in company processes and procedures.
Organize and distribute schedules and assignments.
Assist with budget creation for maintenance.
Maintain open lines of communication between all teams.
Qualifications
All qualifications must comply with provincial human rights legislation.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Bachelors degree in business administration, management or related field preferred.
2+ years working in a management position and familiar with such duties and responsibilities.
In-depth knowledge of our specific industry a plus.
Service industry experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to consistently maintain positive client relationships.
Exceptional time-management and task-delegation skills.
Computer literate and proficient using G Suite.
Organized and detail-oriented, can work under tight timeline and manage workload well.
Outstanding communicator both verbally and written.
Dynamic personality and strong leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal skill, enthusiastic, with logical thinking.
Excellent command in English communication.
