Payroll Activities for for permanent employee and expat
Control and update employee files, tracking, collecting and recording all related movement in order to prepare data and document support for payroll payment. Ensuring that all information is correct and complete,
o Staff movement
o Staff benefit claim
o OT claim
o Other related movement
Reconcile payroll report (headcount and salary) before proposing to Supervisor
Prepare payroll report for Finance purpose
Provide cheque requisitions and all payment to receivers, ensure that all done on time and accurate then filling receipts
Social Security and Workmen Compensation for permanent employee
Handle all documents related to social security for permanent employee such in, out, information change, registration of insurer and movement of insurer and benefit claim.
Handle benefit claim from Workmen Compensation Fund for permanent employee.
Advise permanent employees regarding benefit coverage and benefit claim from Social Security Fund and Workmen Compensation Fund.
Services for permanent employee
Provident Fund
Update member movement and contribution rate as FWD guideline policy (in, out, withdraw, hold, any change).
Coordinate with Fund manager to Transfer / Switching / Hold / Terminate for new member or member who will resigned form fund.
Advise employees regarding benefit coverage and Personal Income TAX
Funeral ceremony
Responsible for end-to-end process for Funeral ceremony (contact staff or relative of staff about all related details, prepare wreath, provide service to staff who want to participate in the ceremony, disburse supportive money)
Legal Execution Department Coordination
Responsible for end-to-end process of salary deduction and all documents related to coordinate with Legal Execution Department.
Medicine service
Responsible for medicine stock checking, ordering and controlling.
Others
Provide suggestion to staff and operate all employee benefits ie.
o Emergency loan / PVF Loan
o Birth Gift for permanent employee
o SOA Award
o Housing Loan (GHB) for permanent employee
Benefits for permanent employee and contracted sales
Annual check-up
Responsible for end-to-end (Research valuable choices, study, propose with effective recommendation and coordinate with hospital agent to operate) for Annual check-up
Flu vaccination
Responsible for end-to-end (Research valuable choices, study, propose with effective recommendation and coordinate with hospital agent to operate) for Flu vaccination
Initiative and others
Improve payroll payment process and claim benefits process
Prepare employment certificate for sales contracted employees as requested.
Service providing information with other who need to confirmed employee information according to Legal and ORM guideline policy.
