รายละเอียดงาน
• Develop channel strategy as well as align concept and development plan for short to
medium term bank direction
• Monitor, evaluate latest trends in branch design and digitalization at worldclass level with
the objective to make recommendations on branch transformation elements
• Competitor analysis and benchmarking in technology and services
• Engage in customer’s survey and obtain quality reviews for constructive feedback to
assist in customer’s experience enhancement
• Build agility environment to support the execution of initiatives
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in relevant fields including Business Administration, Computer
Science, Management Information System, Statistics or other related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Business Improvement Process, Project Management,
Business Continuity Planning and management or other related areas
• Well experienced in Branch Operations, Process Design, Change Management and
Process Improvement concept and procedures
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving skills with service minded, persistency and self-
motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong presentation, and communication skills
