Position Summary:

As part of the HR Team, recruiter is responsible for entire recruiting cycle – developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies designed to fulfill staffing needs, sourcing candidates from various sources (i.e. database, online, job fair, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.), updating job ads, CVs selection, telephone screenings, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively. Also, recruiter should have the understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborating with Team Leaders on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs;

· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate advertising channels;

· Screening and recruiting candidates CVs, work experience and qualifications;

· Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;

· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;

· Update recruitment DB and record recruitment tracking activities ;

· Provide recruitment reports;

· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process;

· Promote company’s reputation as “the best place to work”.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Native Thai Speaker with bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field;
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment & selection in agencies or HRM in corporate company;
3. Good command of written and spoken English;
4. Pleasant and professional manner with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
5. Good computer literacy (MS Office – Words, Excel and PowerPoint).
