รายละเอียดงาน
• Review and verify invoices from supplier local
• Set invoice up for payment and enter upload invoice into system
• Prepare payment to vendors by scheduling and preparing checks and transfer electronic banking
• Prepare payment to employees claim by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for cash advances
• preparing checks and electronic banking
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
• Monitor accounts to ensure payment are up to date
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Assist senior accounting with month end closing
• Provide supporting documentation for audits

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting
2. 2 years experience in Accounting or relevant fields
3. Good command of MS office
4. Knowledge of Tax in Thailand
5. Knowledge of relevant accounting software
6. Can able work under pressure, hard working, flexible and meet deadlines, problem-solving skills and team work
